    Hi, is there a way to enable the venues to have tags.

    I have a page that lists all posts or pages that have a certain tag, I would like venues to be shown also if they have this tag.

    Can this be done?

    Unfortunately not – venues are taxonomy terms themselves, and WordPress doesn’t support taxonomies for taxonomies :).

    That said you could implement this via the venue custom fields (either via the custom fields metabox, or add-ing your own metabox: http://wp-event-organiser.com/documentation/developers/venue-meta-data-and-metaboxes/)
