    Hi,

We have been using the free version, and have just installed the pro+ical extention. I managed to set up the sync from google calendar, but I was wondering if it is possible to have a “Search”-bar function similar to that for events. The request from my employer is to only show the calendar, omitting viewing the event posters, but we’d really like the opportunity to sort events in the calendar by category, in a similar way as is possible for the event posters.

The events looks quite messy at our site, as you can see, but we really don’t need to show them.

    Hi Hans,

You can add a category filter (it’s a drop-down) – is that what you’re after?

See the “calendar header” section here: http://docs.wp-event-organiser.com/shortcodes/calendar/

You can specify what filters/navigation buttons appear and where using headerLeft, headerCenter and headerRight shortcode attributes

Thanks – that works well:) Do we really need the full version to show this set-up: https://www.mirnett.org/wp/kalender/ ? We are using the iCal Sync of course, and we’d be happy to pay for the Pro version the first year regardless. We are an NGO, however, so if we do not require the Pro version, we are of course interested to know if this is necessary.
