Recurring event with no end date?

    Tried to provide a blank end date for a recurring appt. and the system defaulted to today’s date. Is there any way to create a recurring appt. without one?

    Nope, each occurrence is a row in the dates database table. An infinite number of rows is not allowed :), but you can create it arbitrarily large to achieve the same affect.
