    Hi again.. please check out http://calvarypresbyterian.org/events-2/ as well as http://calvarypresbyterian.org (home page with events listed under the set of three images beneath the slider)
    We are still showing past events. Show past events is unchecked. Delete past events is checked.
    Any ideas what we’re doing wrong over here?

    Hi Barak,

    Widgets and shortcodes have their own ‘past event’ settings. Have you tried

     [eo_events showpastevents="false"]

    or

     [eo_events event_start_after="now"]

    If ‘delete past events’ is checked, recurring events are only deleted when the last occurrence has finished, and it may take up to 24 hours for the event to be deleted.
