License lost

    Hi,
    I just bought the stripe gateway addon and though I should use that license key instead of my existing pro one. But it doesn’t work. Now I can’t find the email with the original pro license key. Most likely it was deleted.

    Is there a way to get it resent? Could not find a form or anything.

    Hi Sanja,

    You should use the Stripe license key for the Stripe extension. At the moment it looks like you are using a license for the wrong product for the Stripe extension.

    If you still have it, try the Stripe key again.

    And just let me know if you still need any new keys.

    Thanks Stephen.

    It seemed to work for a while with me just using the stripe key.

    But now it stopped and I can’t update because of invalid pro key.

    Is it possible for you to resend the pro key to me?
