    After purchase, I entered my license key and the plugin says the key is invalid. It’s the key I was sent, so what do I do?

    Hi Tom,

    This could be because the ‘invalid’ status is still caught up in your site’s cache. You should still be able to use the plug-in fully, and it should soon correct itself. If you’re still experiencing problems though, please get in touch with your license key via this form and I’ll take a look.

    No, it isn’t a cache issue and the plug in doesn’t work properly. I will try the form.
