Initialize map after user accepts cookies

We are using the borlabs cookie plugin on our wordpress page.
Google Map on top of each event detail page will be disabled if a user just accept essential cookies. (map initialization will be blocked)

Then it looks like this.

But Users should still have the option to click on a button (Green Button “Karte laden”) to initialize the map afterwards.

I want to know which function we have to call, to initialize a map for example on single event deatailpage.

I hope my question is clear, if you need more information dont hesitate to ask.
