    Hi Stephen,

    Purchased a license last summer for the domain http://www.s2fvenues.co.uk – have just looked into the site and it appears the Pro plugins are due an update to make them work with WordPress 3.9.

    Not sure how to go about downloading the latest version etc.

    If you could advise that’d be great.

    Hi Kyle,

    There have been updates to Pro regarding compatibility with WordPress 3.9, but this were largely aesthetic changes. Regardless, I always recommended using the latest version available.

    You should be able to update Pro as you would any other plug-in (via the updates or plug-ins admin page). If you find you’re not able to update this way, it may because the license key is invalid. There can be instances where the license key says its invalid, when in fact it is not – if this is the case, I’d be happy to investigate (just get in touch with your license key) . Regardless, you can still access the latest version via your ‘Purchase history’, just log-in at http://wp-event-organiser.com/my-account

To enable me to focus on Pro customers, only users who have a valid license for the Pro add-on may post new topics or replies in this forum. If you have a valid license, please log-in or register an account using the e-mail address you purchased the license with. If you don't you can purchase one here. Or there's always the WordPress repository forum.
