Email to admin not arriving

    I have checked “Notify me when a new booking is made” but I don’t receive any emails. The emails to the customer are arriving ok. I changed the email address associated with the admin account but it still doesn’t work.

    Hi Judy,

    Assuming the option to be notified is enabled, then I can’t see why it’s not being received. I would recommend you install this plug-in: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ – to verify if the the emails are being sent or not.

    Thanks Stephen. The web log was very helpful and with my hosting companiy’s help I was able to track down the missing emails.
