    Can I change the seperator used for downloading the tickets or bookings?

    Hi Paksha,

    No, but most software for reading a CSV file should be able to adjust what delimiter is used… What program are you using?

    I’m using Excel 2010.

    I believe Excel 2010 will start a wizard allowing you to select the delimiter if you rename the file to have a .txt extension and open it via file > open (http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/excel-help/import-or-export-text-txt-or-csv-files-HP010342598.aspx#BMimport_data_from_a_text_file_by_openi).

    (There may also be settings you can configure in Excel).

    I’ll look into adding a choice of delimiter when exporting bookings to a CSV for a later version
