    Hi,
    I have installed eo-pro version 1.11.11
    The option for sending an confirmation email after booking with off-line payment is not working.
    What do I do wrong?

    Hi Willem,

    Can I suggest you install this plug-in: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ – it will log when e-mails are sent from your site. Once you’ve done that place an (offline) booking. If the email appears in the log, then the plug-in is correctly sending the e-mail – in which case, the issue might be that your server is not able to send e-mails or some other issue with its delivery (there are things we can try). If it doesn’t appear there, then there is a bug in the plug-in and we can investigate further.

    Thanks!
    Very Helpful advice.
    I found out that the plugin is sending the emails correctly, i had a difference between sender and username, using SMTP-mail.
