Cannot save new Licence key

I try to change the licence key from a multisite to valid licence we have, which is valid until 2022 but I cannot save the new licence. Not the pro, not the ical and also not the venue markers. The valid licence is registered for 3 sites but when I click save in the multisite always the old licence keys are displayed, with the informations that they are invalid.

Hi Katja,

There is a bug affecting multisite installations and the latest WordPress version. This has been fixed in the 3.10.7 version of Event Organiser (the base/free version)

my regular event-organizer plugin is updated on version 3.10.7 but I get the following error when I try to save the valid licence keys:

What other plug-ins (Event Organiser plug-ins) do you have activated, and what are their versions?

Hi Katja,

I can’t replicate this unfortunately, but depending on the order in which plug-ins are loaded, it could be the venue markers extension that is causing the issue. Would you be able to temporarily disable it, and see if you’re able to save the license key?

If that works, then I’ll prove its venue markers and I’ll be able to fix the bug there.

I disabled both plugins but could not save the valid event-organizer-pro key. So my problem is not solved the error message is:
