I purchased the business plugin of events organizer pro. I have looked in the import/export tab of the settings for the plugin but do not see what you picture in your tutorial. Do I need to purchase the ical extention separately to enable this feature or am I just missing a step. currently I have event organizer and event organizer pro plugins activated.

    Thank you

    Hi James,

No you don’t need to purchase iCal seperately but you will need to install and activate it as it’s delivered as a standalone plugin.

Your email link may have expired but you can also download it by logging into: http://wp-event-organiser.com/my-account/ and accessing the download via the link in your purchase history at the bottom of the page.

I double checked and do not find the ical plugin in the download history.

Sorry James, I should have checked your purchase – you in fact purchased the Personal license of Pro, which does not include any additional plug-ins.

So, you would need to purchase the iCal plug-in separately. Or if you wish to upgrade please feel free to purchase the Business license and I’ll refund your original purchase. Or if you prefer, I can provide you with a discount code to offset your original payment.
