    I like the introduction of the VAT addon, however it can’t really be used on my website since sales tax isn’t known as VAT in New Zealand, but rather as GST.

    Therefore it would be nice to be able to change the ‘VAT’ wording to ‘GST’, ‘Sales Tax’, or even just ‘Tax’.

    Good point :), I’ll add that as an option and release an update.
