We have the event organizer pro and having two issues.

For some of the events, people are not able to book seats, even though there are plenty of them available. If we just edit the event and save them, it works for couple of bookings and then started saying, booking is not available.

Even though we have unchecked the “Reserve Pending Tickets”, it still captures pending tickets in bookings.
We have only paypal as payment gateway.

Pending bookings will be still be visible in the bookings admin screen, but they will not reverse any spaces.
Regarding the first issue. Are you selling by date or by series? And how are you editing the event, what are you changing? When you edit the event’s dates, if you’re selling by date, you’ll need to edit your tickets and click ‘select all’. If you create new dates they may not have any tickets associated with them until you do this.

We are selling by date only. When we edit the events, we don’t change anything. Just click edit and then click the publish button makes the booking working for two or three times, then it will start saying booking is not available.
