Is there a way to store a prefix with ticket numbers in the database?

This could be generated by taking two letters from the event title so you would end up with.

    Example

    Event name: The big event

    #TB9988

    Thanks

    Hi Alex,

This isn’t currently possible, but I think it would be useful for developers to be able to supply their own means of assign a ticket a reference number.

There is a work-around. I have been working on a seats.io integration, and wanted to use the seat number as the ticket reference number. For that I simply removed the ticket reference number from the admin ticket list (and CSV) and replaced it with a new column (the seat number).
