I have run into an odd situation.
When I click the Download Tickets button, it does not download all the tickets.
Currently, it is not showing the last four tickets. The csv file lists up to 196 rows.
However, with filtering, I am able to download some of those tickets.
Is the a limit to ticket downloads?

Is there a limit to ticket downloads?

Greg MacKinnon
Hi Greg,
Not there isn’t, but it will only include tickets associated with bookings that match the current filters (even if they aren’t visible on the first page). I’m not sure why 4 tickets would be missing.
Is there anything noticeably different about those tickets / the booking they belong to (do they belong to the same booking even?)

Hi Stephen:
To answer your question, there were two new events for which people started buying tickets, but some are from an existing event that had been working fine.
After further investigation, I guess it is a bit of a false alarm.
What I discovered is that the csv is no longer output in the order of booking reference. So, all the tickets are there. The newest ones just aren’t necessarily at the bottom – in this case the four were interspersed within the list. When I re-order the records in Excel on the booking reference, I can see that all the tickets are there.
I haven’t figured out what the order is yet. Is there something I may have messed with that impacts the order of the output?

Hi Greg,
For the tickets CSV there is no explicit ordering set. Typically I would expect it to be based on ticket ID. I’ll look into setting a order (by booking date).

Thanks, Stephen.
That is interesting. Until now, It appeared as if the order was the Booking Reference. At least the newest tickets were at the bottom of the list. I guess I did not explicitly check to see if they were in order until I ran into this recent situation.
Thanks for the attention.
