    Hi
    We are getting a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to use the Stripe extension.
    Paypal is working fine – just Stripe payments not.
    Please advise?

    Hi Nidhi,

    Are there any error messages in your server’s error logs that correspond to that error. You can probably find it in the control panel provided by your host or in the root of the website. Alternatively, enable debug mode in in WordPress and it should display the error message.

    At what point do you get the error message? When activating the plugin, or when viewing an event with the gateway enabled, or when attempting to make a payment with the plug-in?
