No replies on the first try… but this doesn’t work.
Hello, I don’t know if this is expected behavior, but it seems wrong to me. We have an event with two tickets, one early purchase the other regular.
Once the early date range ends, neither tickets will show on the event as available. Seems like only the expired ticket should disappear.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Brett,
My apologies you’re previous post didn’t get a response. I’ve tried to replicate this but haven’t been able to.
The steps I did to create this was:
- Create an event for next week
- Created a ticket with a sale period set to end 5 minutes time
- Created a ticket with a sale period set to end in 2 days time
After 5 minutes the first ticket disappeared, but the second remained.
Looking at the code I can’t see how one ticket would effect another. I’ll be in touch to investigate this further.
