    Hi,

I believe we missed our renewal window and now I see no option to renew on our account.
Do I need to purchase a new license and install that instead?
I tried contacting through the contact form here also but not sure if it was received

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’ve just sent you sent you an email on how you can renew the license.

    Hi Stephen,

I renewed our licenses 2 days ago, and it looks fine in our account. However when I look in the settings for event-manager it keeps saying that my licenses expire tomorrow and that I need to renew them…
Can you please advise how to fix this ?

    Thanks

I renewed ours but it’s stuck in “Pending” status. AFAICT, it didn’t go through and we don’t have the new keys. I’m not sure what to do next. Can you please advise how to fix this ?

    Hi Liz,

Sorry for the delay, but I can see you have since successfully made the purchase. The original ‘pending’ purchase cannot be completed and has since been automatically marked as abandoned.

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
