    Hello

    When entering a credit card number to purchase tickets, you are asked to enter a postal code, but in Japan the format is 123-4567, so the format is not correct

    Is it possible to disable postal code entry or change the format

    I’m sorry to bother you during your busy schedule, but I would appreciate an answer.

    Hi Ikeyama,

    Is the PayPal payment gateway? The plug-in doesn’t have an control over the fields PayPal shows on the payment page. It does however pass the locale of the WordPress installation (WPLANG in the wp-config.php). If this is set to ja_JP then PayPal should customise the payments page to that locale. Even so, I would have expected PayPal to be able to support payment cards from any region.
