Payments haven't been processed

    Hi,

    I’ve just taken bookings for the first event since installing the plugin and it has sold out, but no payments have been taken, they all show as pending. I didn’t receive any notifications of the bookings or that it was sold out – I knew because someone emailed me to ask if there was a waiting list.

    When I try and do a test to book another event the PayPal page won’t allow me to log in to either of my two accounts so I’m not able to complete the booking, but this still shows as a booking within the plugin.

    Can someone please help me sort this out really urgently as the event is in a few days.

    I also still have problems with some events only showing in the calendar on and off.

    Hi Jane,

    This can happen if the payment gateway has been misconfigured. For example, the PayPal account used doesn’t exist or it has been set to sandbox when it should be live.

    If neither of those two suggestions explain the issue, please get in touich via: http://wp-event-organiser.com/contact/ with a link to a ticketed event and I’ll take a look.
