I would like to create a post containing a button that a member can click on if he wants to participate in an event. The details of the members are already known because they are already members through Buddypress. In the post you will see a list of the members who have already signed up. Is this possible?

Your information:

To create code blocks or other preformatted text, indent by four spaces:

This will be displayed in a monospaced font. The first four
spaces will be stripped off, but all other whitespace
    will be preserved.

Markdown is turned off in code blocks:

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
