Is there a way to set up a venue so that only one event can be scheduled for it any given time? As it currently works, there’s no limit to the number of events that can take place simultaneously at the same time. While normally this wouldn’t be a problem, I’ve got a large group of people who will all be scheduling events and need to have a way to prevent them from booking the same space at the same time.

    Hi Colin,

There’s no option to prevent this – however, it would be possible to add this feature via custom code. (E.g. you can use the eventorgniser_save_event hook fired after an event is created/updated to check if there is a clash of venues (care would need to be taken for recurring events) and if so remove the venue from that event, and alert the user.

(If you’d like me to implement this for you, I am currently available, so feel free to get in touch via this form to discuss this).
