    Hi,
    I would like to use only the offline payment method, so I would prefer to have those radio buttons hidden with a hidden value. how do I do that, and where?

    Simply disable all other gateways in Settings > Event Organiser > Bookings. When there is only gateway enabled the gateway field is hidden.
