When a customer pays off line and an admin user confirms the booking, the admin gets a confirmation e-mail, not the customer. Is there a way of automatically sending the customer an e-mail confirming their booking?

    Hi Kim,

A confirmation e-mail should be sent to both the admin (if enabled in the settings) and the customer. There’s no UI setting to disable customer e-mails after a booking is confirmed.

Could the customer e-mails be being caught by spam filters, or could you host be blocking e-mails (some hosts limit the number of e-mails to ‘external’ e-mails, you can use an SMTP plug-in (see the bottom) to get around this).

In testing the e-mails did eventually arrive, but after a delay of up to 24 hour, not sure why, can’t find the reason. But the plugin works.
