My license key?

Hi Stephen! I purchased a renewed license for EO pro, but I can’t locate my license key. Can’t seem to find an email with it either.

On your site, when I click through to the listing for my purchase under the Account menu and click “View details and downloads” next to my purchase, I get a message on the top of the resulting page, in a green box, saying “Your license keys are being e-mailed to you….” But this seems to be a permanent message that just lives on that page – no email arrives (that is probably worth correcting…?)

The invoice doesn’t have that info on it either…

I’ve downloaded and installed the updated EO plugin (1.11.8) and it seems to be working fine, but under Settings –> Event Organizer –> General, it says my license key (the one that was in there already) is invalid.

Can you help?

With WP_DEBUG=true, i see this errors above the key fields :

If you renew a license key it remains the same.

If you don’t have that key any more, just let me know and I’ll re-issue another for you.

Yesterday I bought Event Organiser Pro for Renewal discount

but I can not find My license key.

Just reposting so I can un-check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” box – can’t figure out another way not to receive further updates….? Anyway, hope it works! 8^)
