How can I add multiple venues to a single event.?

    Hi Eirik,

Unfortunately you cannot, events are allocated only one venue. Someone ask this here about how it might be implemented, so you can see my response there. However, support for multiple venues for an event is not something that is currently planned.

    +1 for multiple venues.

My use case: a “tour” of open houses.
Basically, there’s 123 Easy Street, 456 Bourbon Street, and 789 Wyse Avenue.
    1st has food
    2nd has dessert
    3rd has gift card

Go to all 3 and you’ll be entered in a drawing to win an iPad.

    Ideas:
    1) stick to the plugin’s current functionality/convention and implement some sort of “duplicate post” + “post reference/relationship” when creating events — this would give me 3 map markers for the 1 event
    2) add some customization to all multiple venues/locations for a single event.

Thinking it out, they both would require some custom front-end display/template work, but #2 would be ideal (the topic of this feature request) for a couple reasons:
    1) To generate a PDF flyer of all the properties on the “tour” –> header, property 1, property 2, property 3, footer
    2) If schema.org is in play (which I haven’t checked yet but sure hope it is or will be soon), it actually supports multiple events: http://schema.org/Event –> http://schema.org/subEvent
So it could be considered: the tour itself is the “main event” and each property is its own subEvent (yes, with same start and end times, just different organizer, location, and description for each subEvent).

With enough skillz, either way may be just as viable. I’d definitely like to see some sort of support added for multiple events, even if it’s just some helper functions or something for either of these 2 options or something similar.
