    Hi there,

I don’t have a copy of Event Organizer Pro just yet because I need it to have a feature that I don’t see on the website.
Does Event Organizer Pro let me set a number for the maximum amount of attendees?

Like that people can’t book anymore when it’s full.

    Thanks.

    Rick

    Hi Rick,

Yes it does. Additionally, for each ticket type you can set the quantity available.

(Also, if you’re selling multiple tickets the plug-in also allows you to cap the total number of tickets sold. E.g you may be selling Adult & Concession tickets and have 100 spaces available. If you don’t mind which proportion of those spaces are taken up by an adult or concession ticket, you would set a limit of 100 for both. And then cap the number of tickets sold to 100. (So there are 100 adult tickets, 100 concession tickets, but only 100 tickets can be sold). Of course, this option is only needed if you are selling multiple tickets)
