    Hi Stephen,

    Hope you are well.

I’m currently in the process of setting up a testing/upgrade site (It’s been painful… as I’m sure you have experienced… SIGH) for client UAT under FQDN http://www.XXXXXXXX.co.uk (Active license)

The test/UAT site is a sub domain testing.XXXXXX.co.uk and closed off to public access due to authentication. I have iterated through numerous plugins/modules upgrades but appear to have issues with EO PRO and Discount Codes that are reporting invalid keys “The license key you have entered is invalid. Purchase a license key”

Can you please advise how I can setup and activate controlled testing/upgrade under this licensed domain?

Can you provide and/or modify current license keys to authorise under wildcard *.XXXXXXXco.uk ?

    Many thanks

    J

    Hi Jason,

You were right they were registered to the non-testing domain. I’ve since cleared the key so they should now be registered to the testing site. The plug-ins should continue to work on both sites without any problems, but unfortunately I can’t assign the license key a wildcard – so they can only be valid on one site at any given time.

If at any point you want the keys released again for the production site, please just let me know – but note that the keys are only used for support and updates, as such, if you’re not going to be updating in live, but instead updating a testing/stage site and deploying those changes, you won’t need the license key on production.

    Hi Stephen,

I have removed the keys from the production site and reporting as “The license key you have entered is invalid”, and they are blank/null.

However, It appears I cannot re-activate the my valid keys within the test/UAT…

Can you please review and advise?

    Many Thanks

    Jason
