Feed not fetching

    Hi there,

    I’m getting internal server error 500 when trying to fetch a feed. It happens when I try fetching it manually, too. This is a recent thing. How can I find out what’s causing it?

    Hi Shimrit,

    If you look in your error logs there should be a log that corresponds with the time you attempted to fetch the feed. That log will have an error message that will indicate what the cause is. Reply back with what it is and we can take it from there.
