    Hi,

    is it possible to set a global option for what character is used as separator on export tickets? CSV is broken for german users if we don’t use ; as cell separator and “ as text delimiter.

    Hi Marciel,

    It’s not possible to change the default setting, but you can configure each export to use the desired delimiter and text delimiter.

    In what way is it broken for German users? Provided the importing application is configured in the same way as the CSV is exported it should work fine.

    Hi Stephen,

    I tried to open the file in MS Excel. For German users Excel has ; as standard delimiter. Otherwise Excel shows all cells as one cell.

    German Users have to set up another format on each time opening a csv export file.

    Can you tell me how to configure the export, please? I didn‘t find anything about this in the documentation.
