    I’ve put a line of text in the description section in the Email field on my Booking From, but it’s not showing up on the front end.

    The description should appear below the form field. There could be a theme-specific reason (unless you have edited the templates) that it might not be visible. If you can provide a link to the form then I’d be happy to take a look.
