Customize table in eo-ticket-picker.php

    Hi, I ‘m working on a client website to make it compliant to the european accessibilty rules.
    And so I try to customize the table in eo-ticket-picker.php to make the table headers really table headers.
    I want to change for example
    <td class="eo-booking-date"> Datum</td>
    to
    <th scope="col" class="eo-booking-date"> Datum</th>
    But moving a copy of eo-ticket-picker.php with the changes in my theme directory doesn’t seem to work.
    What else can I do?
