Costume language emails

Hello

I im using event organiser pro and runing my website in tow languages. everything is ok except the part of communication.
I would like to have a way too assign user to specific language and send emails in thei language. That would be a great feature.
If not is there a way to call placeholders in the specific language? At the moment the email will call the title in the default language and i would like to call in a specific language so i can make biling email. Thank you for your help.
