    Hi,

    When changing dates for a previously saved event, often these changes will not be reflected in the Event Tickets area (unless the whole event is re-published first).

    …this is a problem when updating or creating new tickets to follow any date changes.
    Strange thing is that sometimes it seems to work but often it does not. I have not been able to see any clear pattern but it usually happens for any recurring events.
    Could you please see if you can refine this somehow?

    Hi,

    I’ve replicated this to a very limited degree. If I have the ticket’s datepicker open while making changes, those aren’t immediately reflected (navigating between months refreshes it), but I haven’t encountered the issue where the new dates don’t appear selectable for the ticket until the event is updated.

    If have an example of this, I’d be happy to investigate further.

    Hi,

    Here is one example,
    If I have a “one time only” -event that is saved for 23 dec 2019 and then need to update to 25 dec 2019 this is reflected correct in the tickets and I’m able to select the new date.
    However if I would instead change the date to a month further ahead for instance 22 jan 2020 then this is not reflected in the tickets, there are no dates available to select and it’s not refreshed by navigating between months

    Thanks, I can replicate that issue. I’ll take a look and issue an update when it is resolved.
