    Hi Stephen

    I set up a group of 10 custom recurring event dates and they showed up in the Event Detail page form on both the drop down and calendar with no issues.

    However, we then went in and changed the dates and now the only date that shows up for selection is the initial one and not the series. They do however show in the event list just not in either select option.

    Have I missed something?

    Hi Paul,

    You’ll need to update the tickets to ensure they are tied to the new occurrences.

    When you create a ticket it’ll be associated with one or more occurrences. When you change an event’s dates that can result in occurrences being deleted and new ones being created, so the ticket is no longer associated with the new occurrences.

    If you edit the ticket, select the occurrences you’re interested in or ‘select all’ then save the event, it should fix the issue.
