    Hi,
    I am having trouble with my calendar widget.
    I have contacted the creator of my template and they have told me that it is not set up to allow a calendar widget.
    I have read your info on adding the info into the functions.php file but am unsure where in the file to add the necessary information.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    The (posts) calendar widget is a default widget which comes with WordPress. To be perfectly honest, it’s a poor theme which doesn’t provide some styling for it.

    That said, the calendar should at least work – the entire mark-up is handled by WordPress, and Event Organiser mimics this mark-up. Can you confirm that the calendar works, albeit not perhaps styled in a presentable way? (Feel free to link to your site, if you can. If you don’t want to publicly publish it, then you’re welcome to use this form).
