    Hi Stephen.

We cannot figure out how to modify the calendar so it looks good on mobile (http://gcfunstuff.com/calendar/). The selection & scroll items (e.g., Month, Week, Day, arrows, etc.) don’t seem to be “responsive.” Everything gets jumbled and some stuff goes off the page.

It seems there is very limited calendar “header” functionality where the selection items appear. Is there a way to make Month/Week/Day a dropdown? Can the Categories and Tags dropdowns be moved somehow?

I can give you more details and/or a screenshot if you want. Not sure if this is a known issue.

    Thanks,
    Brian

    Hi Brian,

This is a known issue, and shall be address in 3.0.0. There are two main things which can be done to improve mobile-friendliness:

    1. Stack the left/right/centre header sections
    2. Change the view to a list view

(both of which 3.0.0 does). I’ll consider switching the month/week/day toggle to a dropdown, though I shall need to see how this sits with (2) above.

There’s no eta for 3.0.0, but it’s a big update so I’m anticipating a lengthy beta period (if you’d like a beta copy when it’s released, just let me know).

    Hi Stephen,

Thanks for the reply. Yes, please include me in the beta. What is the ETA?

There’s no eta for release yet. Beta probably won’t be until mid-late March.

    Hi Stephen,

Did you address this issue in a release? We’re still having the problem.

    Thanks.

    Hi Brian,

The code is already on GithHub (develop branch) but that is a development repository not a release one. I hope to build the first beta release is weekend and will be in touch.
