Hello,
I’m having a problem with the online booking. I have an event for today that only has 8 sign-ups so far but people are no longer able to book a spot. Under booking for the event is says “Bookings are no longer available for this event”. The ticket has 108 spaces and no ticket sales constraints. The booking cap is set to 5000. Hi Dorcie,
That will only appear once the start date of the event has passed. I’m not sure what timezone you’re in so perhaps it was before 8th October 6:30pm local time (when the event starts) when you posted the topic, but otherwise that would explain why that message appeared.

Two questions:
- What timezone does the plugin look at? The one on the WordPress General setup page?
- Can people not sign up for the event the day of the event? And how do I set it up so that people can sign up until the moment of the event?

- Yes, the own set in WordPress admin.
- They can sign up on the day, but only up to the point the event starts. If it’s an all-day event that means they can’t sign up on the day (by default). In the example above, the would be able to sign up right up to 6:30pm (local time). I took a look at the event’s feed (which gives the UTC time) – and it seemed that event was set for October 9th 1:30am UTC, so as far as the plug-in was concerned that event had started about four hours prior to your opening this topic.
