    How to add a field in the form based on a value from another field?
    My customers must insert a number of tickets and give each ticket a name.

    Hi Kevin,

    I think what you’re after is ‘Attendee Questions’: fields which are replicated for each selected ticket.

    There is no UI for adding such fields but there is this tutorial on how to add them, giving a complete working example of request name and e-mail address for each ticket.
