I am looking for an events calendar for my church that will allow us to assign meeting space (“venues, if you will”) to events without double booking the space. For example, let’s say I have a Worship Team meeting scheduled for Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. in Room 101. The Prayer Team then schedules a meeting for the same day and time, and wants to use Room 101. I would like be able to prohibit them from scheduling their meeting in Room 101, since it’s already reserved. Will Event Organizer or Event Organizer Pro allow me to do this? If not, is their an add-on that would allow this feature?

    Hi Judy,

This isn’t a feature in Event Organiser (or any other extension). However, it’s entirely possible to provide this functionality – so if you’d like me to provide a quote, please just get in touch via this form.

To create code blocks or other preformatted text, indent by four spaces:

This will be displayed in a monospaced font. The first four
spaces will be stripped off, but all other whitespace
    will be preserved.

Markdown is turned off in code blocks:

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
