    Hi

This seems like such an easy one, but for the life of me I can’t find it in your tutorials or forum – WHERE do I change the email address that gets notified when a Booking is Confirmed?

    HI Gary,

It uses the site admin’s e-mail. If you wanted to change that e-mail to something else, you can use the instructions here: http://docs.wp-event-organiser.com/bookings/notification-emails/ (I’ve just added this page).

Alternatively, there is this free extension which adds some UI options.

    Thanx Steven

I downloaded and installed the extension, however, in the General Settings page, there are no new fields as described in “… download and install this free extension which adds some options under Settings > General > Bookings for you.”

Is this where we supposed to see a new field to add an email address for these notifications?

Sorry Gary, that should be Settings > Event Organiser > Bookings. But yes, once installed and activated, the settings should appear on that page.

I purchased the Pro-License but I got an error message when I entered the license key because it is invalid? This is really annoying! i simply need to change the admin email address!

Okay – edit: the plugin works, but it still shows the red input field as if the license key was invalid. Maybe just a “cosmetic” error.

To enable me to focus on Pro customers, only users who have a valid license for the Pro add-on may post new topics or replies in this forum. If you have a valid license, please log-in or register an account using the e-mail address you purchased the license with. If you don't you can purchase one here. Or there's always the WordPress repository forum.
