    Hi,

    I’ve enabled Address line 2 on admin panel and it shows up, however it is disabled in the front end and I cannot add a 2nd address line.

    I’ll fix this in the next update, but if you want to correct it yourself, the error is at /admin/includes/form-customiser.php on line 1121. Specified 'disabled'=> true shouldn’t be there!
