    Hello.

My name is Ikeyama from Japan.

I’m not good at English, so I’m using the translation function, so please forgive me if some parts are difficult to read.

I just purchased a Personal license for Event Organiser Pro, but the Global limit doesn’t appear in Ticket Options for selling tickets.

Is it not possible to use it with a Personal license?

In that case, can I upgrade to a business license for an additional fee?

Hi Ikeyama, the global limit is available on the personal license.

In the event tickets metabox under the table where you manage your tickets, There is an input:

Cap booking at [ ] places

By default, it does not apply a global cap, so available spaces are determined by the sum of the ticket quantities. However you can specify a number her to limit the number of tickets that can be sold for an event to a certain number.
