No. While you’ll no longer be eligible for updates and priority support, the plug-in will continue to function normally. You’ll have the option of renewing your license, at a significant discount, before it expires.
Your license grants you access to all of our support resources, user and developer tutorials and updates for one calendar year from your purchase date. You’ll also receive priority support, depending on your purchase (Personal, Business or Developer license).
The Business license comes bundled with some of the extensions, and the Developer license comes with them all. You can view all of Event Organiser’s extensions here.
Refunds will only be issued in limited circumstances. You’re strongly encouraged to download and try Event Organiser before purchasing Event Organiser Pro. If you encounter any bugs that result in the plug-in being significantly unable to perform its function as described we ask that you cooperate with Pro Support in order to try to resolve the problem, before a refund will be granted. If you’re not sure if the plug-in is right for you feel free to ask on the forums.
When you purchase Event Organiser Pro your license key will be e-mailed to you. If you loose your license key please use this contact form. Please quote the e-mail address you used to purchase the license key.
You can download Event Organiser Pro from your profile page, simply log-in with the account you created when purchasing Event Organiser Pro. You can access your profile from the sidebar on the forum & documentation pages. Once logged, in click your name in the sidebar to view your profile and payment history. Typically this should only occur if the license key has expired. You can purchase a new license or, if you believe your license key should still be valid, please use this contact form referencing your key.
