    I updated my wp to 4.4.

    The shortcode [event_search] destroyed my layout.

    All my plugins are up to date?

    Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

    Hi Jonathan,

    Are you sure it was the 4.4 update? If possible, you could try reverting to 4.3.1 to double check this in case you have updated multiple components at once.

    There is one issue of relevance with 4.4, relating to a bug in WordPress. This only occurs when event tags have been disabled (in Settings > Event Organiser > General). Doing so has no adverse affects and will resolve that issue, so I’d recommend trying that.

    Could you provide a link to the site? It would be helpful to see if this is just a templating issue or error on the result of an error on the page.

    Hi Stephen,

    now it works

    1. Downgrad to 4.3.1
    2. Manuell Update to 4.4.4

    I have not changed the settings.

    Hi Jonathan,

    I’m glad it’s working for you now. I suspect it could have been a corrupted install (it’s very rare, but I have seen it happen).
