    Hello

    We renewed the license key on March 14, 2022 but we can’t use it to activate the plugin.
    The status of the license key is active, as reported on Licenses tab

    Hi Ilaria,

    My apologies, that should have been extended automatically. I have now manually extended the license key until March 14 2023

    Hello

    the site is registered in the “License” section but I get the same error message:
    The license key you have entered is invalid

    i removed and added again the license key, unsuccessfully

    Hi Ilaria,

    I’ve generated a new key and sent it to the email associated with your account. Please let me know if that doesn’t work.
