Hello, I have set up multiple reoccurrence events on my site but I just checked and the events show as being sold out. I checked all the settings for the tickets and the dates haven’t expired. Then as a test I created a second duplicate ticket from the first one and saved the event and now the reoccurring events for that record are now showing a ticket to be purchased. This is very aggravating because I don’t know what is causing this and I don’t know how often I need to go in and check to make sure our events can be registered for. Can you please let me know how this can be fixed?

Hi Marisol,
Have you double checked that
- The ticket has been assigned to all the appropriate dates (when selling by date you can select which dates the ticket is available for using the datepicker to the right). If you change the event’s dates you may have to re-edit this.
- If the ticket has a sale period, it won’t appear outside that sale period.
- I’m sure this isn’t the case, but if you are reserving pending tickets, then pending bookings will use up ticket spaces.

All of the dates check out. That was the first thing that I checked was the dates and sale period dates for the tickets. Everything was what it was supposed to be. Please watch this screencast video to see what is happening on our end.

And we only have two bookings for the total event so I don’t think that is causing the issue. Let me know what you think.
