    Hi Stephen, how can I renew an expired license key for Event Organiser Pro (Purchase ID #eo-1173)?

    I am seeing a “Renew within the next (n) days” message in Event Settings

    but there is nothing on the “My Account” page

    to enable me to renew the license.

    Hi David,

    You can only renew before the key expires. Is the screenshot of the license key and the ‘expires on 3rd March’ a recent one?

    In any case, I’ll be in touch via e-mail with a discount code that you can use to purchase a new license.
